Quality service is first priority where customers are concerned, so Superior Central Station, Inc. has provided some tips to help you provide the best service possible to your customers.

  • Explain to your customer the importance of updating their account data when changes are made.
  • Test system and check signals received at the Central Station before leaving site.
  • Explain to the customer how the alarm system reports and include how voice mail, call waiting, and call forwarding may interfere with the Central Station’s ability to reach them in a timely manner.
  • Teach your customer how to test their alarm system and explain the procedure for putting the system in test mode with the Central Station.
  • Be sure to leave an operation manual with your customer.
  • Explain the procedure that will take place if the alarm system is accidentally set off.
  • Ensure that the customer understands the importance of the people they place on their call list.
